Work Experience
At Havas Health & You I worked primarily with Havas Health CX, a data led customer experience design agency dedicated to generating real and meaningful value for people and the brands they connect with through the creative and intelligent use of technology, data, and content. As an Associate Director of Project Management I was responsible for managing large-scale client engagements by developing project workflows across multi-disciplinary teams that consisted of Strategy, Experience Design, Content, Data Science, Analytics, and Technology. I also led a team of engineers in the development of Versai, an advanced intelligence engine for personalized healthcare experiences. Versai’s advanced intelligence engine combines de-identified medical and consumer data, AI, technology and content to deliver personalized, omnichannel experiences that meet patient and healthcare provider needs. I managed projects from inception through launch for a variety of omnichannel solutions including technical requirements for marketing analytics and predictive modeling, website design/development, application design/development, video production, and content development. With the collaboration of the department leads, we developed ideas, designed solutions, built applications, and managed campaigns in order to solve business problems and deliver measurable success for our clients.
Addressable Content Production combines data and consumer insights to dynamically deliver relevant creative messaging with precise timing to increase consumer engagement. As an Addressable Producer, I led a multi-disciplinary team in the development of innovative, efficient, data-driven and audience based addressable campaigns with a track record of success across display, social, and video (YouTube, OTT, programmatic pre-roll) for a diverse set of brands. By developing a deep understanding of the addressable use of data and technology across all digital channels, I ensured the timely production and execution of addressable content by collaborating with our in-house creative and technology teams to develop addressable campaign assets in an effective, scalable form of personalization to improve the performance of campaigns based on strategic targeting parameters. I served as the primary contact for clients and cross-agency teams for collaboration in communicating key deliverables, technical specifications, and production and reporting requirements for all addressable campaign components. I managed the end to end development process, including preparing the project approach, scope of work, detailed project plans, timelines, and resources, while leading the work to tight deadlines, driving complex addressable campaigns to completion within scope, budget, and timeframes.
During my time at Digitas, I worked as a Project Manager on a global cross-agency team and played an integral part in building and growing the Digitas Media Project Management capability. I was responsible for leading cross-functional teams to define, build, and roll out innovative solutions for complex projects. I collaborated closely with all team leads to gather and define initial project requirements to build strong scoping, pricing, and project staffing allocations across multiple agencies. I demonstrated the implementation of process improvement methodologies through developing a 'Ways of Working' to bring together multiple agencies within the PublicisOne framework for three large accounts, aligning all teams seamlessly within one process. I then documented the media activation process to find enhancements for a quicker go-to market strategy. For the duration of the execution of the process, I applied strong analytical skills to articulate goals and milestones needed to measure and report on project success towards delivering on expected results.
Outside of the planning process, I played a central role in delivering on high-impact project initiatives such as developing a segmentation strategy process to implement dynamic creative, led the build of a Redshift Data Warehouse to help automate data capture for analysis and media audits, facilitated the build of a consistent taxonomy tool that evolved from an Excel macro to an online web app, managed a Smartsheet Tableau integration for planning timeline data visualization, established a Test & Learn Roadmap to incorporate an innovation work stream to test new tactics, and guided the day to day execution of the creative project work flow from inception through to completion.
As a Project Manager at Initiative, I led the processes critical to launching integrated, large scale media buys across all brands and platforms within the MillerCoors portfolio. I implemented an integrated campaign planning process to align our internal teams, partner creative agencies, and publishers to provide continuity throughout the campaign process to sync all functional groups into one fluid process. I developed tactical project plans for multiple brands, production schedules, and denoted responsibilities to keep all team members informed. Following the approval of the media plans, I acted as a point of contact for custom creative development to help coordinate the workflow. I identified and communicated key deliverables and production assets for all campaign components in order to provide quality assurance and timely delivery. I then coordinated the review process, ensuring compliance to marketing, brand, and legal guidelines, as well as overall client satisfaction. I handled our large scale custom content programs throughout the production process, including real time custom content creation and custom video series production to ensure on-time and flawless execution of all production pieces and event activations. Additionally, I played an integral part in revising the billing process down from 90+ days to 45 days, designed and led an associate media training series, and executed process enhancements across legal, social, ad ops, and reporting timelines.
